Steve has over three decades of corporate experience in high-tech start-ups and Fortune 500 companies where his roles have included SVP Human Resources and Organization Development at GTECH Corporation and Corporate VP Personnel and Organization at General Instrument Corporation. He excels at leading, facilitating, and coaching senior leaders and leadership teams undergoing organizational transformations—especially large-scale changes in complex, global corporations. Moreover, he is particularly adept at organizational effectiveness, strategic planning, and team building. His work has spanned international and domestic manufacturing, assembly, technology, as well as corporate environments. Firms such as Solectron, Ingersoll Rand, 7-Eleven, The Service Master Company, and Arrow Electronics represent some of Steve’s clients.
Steve holds a BS in Communications from Boston University and did graduate work in Organization Development at the University of Massachusetts and the New School for Social Research. He also attended the University of Michigan’s Executive Leadership program. Steve and his wife call Longboat Key, Florida home.
