Stephanie brings more than a decade of experience focused on partnering with executive leadership to develop and execute a people strategy that improves culture while increasing the level of talent and engagement across their organizations. Her exceptional skills as an organizational development consultant have been engaged across various industries that include retail, transportation, manufacturing, and insurance. In addition to her consulting work, Stephanie has held roles where she led enterprise-wide human capital initiatives to increase retention and develop talent. Her collaborative approach has helped executive leaders elevate their effectiveness in delivering results through others—utilizing culture transformation, performance management, HR development, and organizational design.
Stephanie earned an MBA and a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Personnel and Labor relations from Tennessee Tech University. She also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification from HRCI (HR Certification Institute). Stephanie lives with her husband and two children in Mount Juliet, Tennessee—part of the greater metropolitan Nashville area.
