Kay is an accomplished executive coach and business consultant who is passionate in her belief that organizations and individuals have vast untapped potential to achieve new levels of success and performance. Her coaching and consulting work benefit from her significant experience in leadership roles at AT&T as Director of Organizational Learning, Area Manager – Network Operations, Director of Leadership and Development, and Director of Human Resources. With this belief and experience, Kay adeptly guides senior leaders and teams—who aspire to make positive and sustainable transformations—toward achievement of their goals. Her well-honed skills—especially with complex change initiatives—have been employed across a variety industries and non-profit organizations. Ulta Beauty, Express Scripts, General Motors, U.S. Cellular, Allstate, Paychex, and General Dynamics represent some of Kay's clients.
She holds a BA in Management from National-Louis University and completed the Coaches Training Institute's coaching program and Newfield's Coaching Excellence in Organizations program. She also has certifications in several leadership assessments and development resources. Kay and her husband live in the greater Chicago area.
