Jimmy has over thirty years of experience in the HR field that enables him to help companies drive transformation and implement programs that align human capital with business strategy. His leadership roles have included Senior VP of Human Resources and Chief People Officer at Waste Management, Executive VP at Covad Communications, and VP Human Resources at U S West. He brings to every client engagement exceptional skills that include talent management, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development. Jimmy has partnered with senior leaders and executive teams to enable change at companies such as Waste Management, Western Union, Blockbuster, Biogen, and Allstate. He is particularly adept at helping organizations to address HR challenges in the areas of compensation, benefits, recruitment, employee growth and retention, performance management, and succession planning. Additionally, he serves on the Canadian Standards Association Group Board of Directors and is the Chairman of their Human Resources and Compensation Committee.
Jimmy earned a BA in Pre-Law and Criminal Justice from Northeastern Oklahoma State University. He and his wife call Cedaredge, Colorado home.
