Jean is a strategic business consultant who has significant global executive experience across diverse industries. She has held leadership roles as CEO of Freeborders, Inc., President - North American Operations and Chief People Officer of Kanbay International (Capgemini), and Director – Home Services Human Resources at Sears, Roebuck and Company as well as Director – Network Human Resources at AT&T. She is an ardent proponent of bridging the success gap for business by enabling individuals, teams, and organizations to realize their genuine potential. Jean brings adept skills to client work that include business strategy and alignment, global leadership, organization design and development, transformation, and building high-performing teams. She has led change efforts with Express Scripts, GM, AT&T, and Kanbay.
Jean obtained a BS in Management from Cardinal Stritch College. She also completed many executive development programs including the Aspen Institute, the University of Michigan’s Advanced HR Executive program, Breakthrough Leadership with Noel Tichy, as well as several certifications in Change Leadership and Strategic Planning. Jean lives with her husband in Florida.
