He has worked within a variety of industries such as telecommunications, banking, defense, and energy as well as across multiple disciplines that include operations, finance, marketing, sales, engineering, IT, and human resources. He specializes in developing leaders and strengthening teams to enable large-scale change initiatives. AT&T, General Dynamics, and Citi Bank represent a few of his clients.
Devin holds an MS in Organizational Development from Benedictine University and a BS in Speech Communications from the University of Wisconsin at Platteville. He and his wife have two children and call Naperville, Illinois home.
