Chris is a seasoned and respected executive coach and energetic team facilitator who also has extensive corporate experience. Her leadership positions have included VP of Engineering at Wisconsin Bell (AT&T) and Executive Director - Leadership and Executive Development at Ameritech (AT&T). Chris excels in both organizational development and business management. With laser focus, she works with teams to enable them to solve today’s business challenges in a collaborative way that strengthens teamwork. She coaches senior leaders to help them elevate their effectiveness in delivering results through others. Chris has engaged her talents with leaders and their teams at firms such as AT&T, Waste Management, and US Cellular.
Chris earned a BS in Applied Mathematics from the University of Tulsa and attended the Executive Program at the University of Wisconsin Business School. She holds numerous certifications in leading-edge assessments and tools. Chris lives with her husband and their English bulldog in the greater Milwaukee area.
